Four people died in a flash flood on Friday after heavy rains submerged cars in the area around Washington Boulevard, which runs parallel to the Allegheny River in the city's Highland Park neighborhood, after thunderstorms dropped up to 3 inches of rain in an hour.

Kenley Schiraldi, 9 months, looks up at her father Jason, 35  in between playing with her toys in their Campbell, Oh. home on January 19, 2012.  Jason and his wife, Jennifer have been trying to have a baby for two years and became hopeless after they found out Jason was not producing sperm.  After a testicular biopsy, the doctors found one sperm that they injected into Jennfier's harvested egg.  The egg became fertilized and the doctors implanted the single embryo back into Jennifer, which gave them their daughter, Kenley in April 2011.
